THREAD: My kids won't stop asking for these gummies - anyone else seeing real benefits?Started by JoyfulJack

Hey folks! As a nature photographer, I'm always trying to keep my family healthy while we're out on trails. My kids (ages 5 and 7) absolutely LOVE these OLLY gummies - they call them 'berry treats' and remind me every morning. The berry flavor is definitely a hit, and I appreciate that they're getting vitamins without the usual battle. Has anyone noticed actual improvements in their kids' digestion or immunity? We've been using them for about 3 weeks now.

Interesting topic! As a science enthusiast, I've been researching children's supplements. The combination of vitamins A, D, C, E, B vitamins, zinc AND probiotics in one gummy is actually quite comprehensive. The 35-day supply makes it convenient. However, I'm curious about the actual probiotic strains used - the product description doesn't specify which ones. Does anyone have the bottle handy to check? Also, what's the sugar content per serving? Sometimes these 'healthy' gummies can be loaded with sugar.

Marathon runner here - I actually use these for my 8-year-old who's starting to get into track! The zinc and B vitamins are great for energy metabolism, and probiotics are crucial for gut health during growth spurts. We've been using them for 2 months now, and I've noticed fewer sick days from school (only 1 this winter vs. 3 last year). The 70-count bottle lasts exactly as advertised if you stick to the 2-gummy daily dose. My only concern is the 'natural flavors' - wish they were more transparent about ingredients.

Nancy - just checked our bottle! It says 'contains a proprietary blend of probiotic cultures including Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains' but no specific details. Sugar content is 2g per serving (2 gummies). Cathy, that's encouraging about fewer sick days! We've noticed our kids seem to have more consistent energy throughout the day, especially my 7-year-old who used to crash after school. The digestive support claim seems legit too - less tummy complaints overall.

Thanks for checking, Jack! 2g sugar isn't terrible compared to some competitors. The proprietary blend is a bit disappointing from a transparency standpoint though. Cathy's experience aligns with what studies show about zinc and vitamin D for immune function. Has anyone tried splitting the dose? I'm wondering if one gummy with breakfast and one with dinner might provide more consistent probiotic benefits throughout the day rather than both at once.

Great suggestion, Nancy! We actually do split them - one with breakfast and one after school snack. Seems to work well. To anyone considering these: they're definitely more effective than the basic multivitamin we used before, but they're also pricier. Worth it for us since my kid actually takes them consistently. Pro tip: store them somewhere cool - we left ours in the car once and they got sticky. Anyone have experience with the other flavors in this line?
