Hey everyone! As a digital nomad mom traveling with my 6-year-old, I'm always looking for convenient health solutions. I recently picked up the OLLY Kids Multivitamin & Probiotic Gummies during a Target run. The berry flavor is a hit with my daughter - she actually asks for them! Has anyone else tried these while on the road? I'm curious about the probiotic aspect - does it really help with digestive issues during travel?

Nancy, I'm skeptical about these. As someone who follows strict nutritional protocols, I question the sugar content in gummy vitamins. The label says 2g sugar per serving - that's not insignificant for kids. Also, are these actually keto-friendly? I'd rather give my kids whole food sources of vitamins. Has anyone checked if there are hidden carbs or artificial sweeteners?

Kevin makes a good point about sugar, but I remember when kids' vitamins were those chalky tablets we had to choke down! These gummies are definitely an improvement from the 90s. My grandkids love them, and as a nostalgic guy, I appreciate that they actually want to take their vitamins. The 35-day supply is convenient too - no more half-empty bottles cluttering the medicine cabinet. Anyone else find the probiotic helps with occasional tummy troubles?

As a broke college student babysitting my niece, I need affordable options. These cost me $15 for 70 gummies - that's about 21¢ per day. Cheaper than most smoothies! My niece is super picky but devours these. Quick question though: the bottle says 'digestive support' - does that mean they can replace probiotics if she's on antibiotics? Trying to save on separate supplements.

Dan, I wouldn't use them as a replacement for prescribed probiotics during antibiotic treatment - always check with a pediatrician! But for general digestive support during travel, they've been great for us. Kevin, I hear your concern about sugar, but compared to the fruit snacks my daughter would otherwise beg for, these feel like a better choice. Sam, totally agree about the convenience factor!

Thanks for the honest feedback everyone. I checked the ingredients more carefully - they use tapioca syrup and cane sugar, so definitely not keto-approved. But for non-keto families, I can see the appeal if kids actually take them consistently. Nancy, have you noticed any behavioral changes or energy spikes after your daughter takes them? Sometimes vitamins with B-complex can affect kids differently.
