Hey everyone, I've been taking OLLY Men's Multivitamin Gummies for a while now, and I just opened a new bottle. The gummies seem harder than usual, and they have some white spots on them. Also, a few are sticking together. Are they still safe to eat? I don't want to waste them, but I'm a bit worried.

Happens all the time with gummies! The white spots are just sugar blooming from temperature changes. They're fine. The hardening and sticking is because they lost moisture or got a little warm. As long as they don't smell weird or have mold, you're good. I've eaten way worse lol.

I'm with Pat. I've had gummies that looked like that and they were perfectly fine. The texture might be a bit off, but the vitamins are still potent. You could try storing them in the fridge to keep them from sticking. Also, check the expiration date just in case.

While I agree they're likely safe, I'd also consider that heat and humidity can degrade some vitamins (like B and C). Not a big deal for a short time, but if they've been in a hot car or something, you might not get full potency. I'd still eat them, but maybe be aware. Also, you can separate the stuck gummies with a little powder or just pop them in the freezer for a few minutes.

Thanks guys! I didn't know about sugar bloom. I'll probably eat them, but maybe I'll stick to the fridge for the rest. Appreciate the help!
