Hey everyone, I've been taking the OLLY Men's Multivitamin Gummy (the blackberry one with A, C, D, E, B, Zinc) for about a month now. I'm thinking of adding a magnesium glycinate supplement to my routine to help with sleep. Has anyone tried combining these? Is it safe or will they cancel each other out? Thanks!

Great question! As a wellness influencer, I always say synergy is key. The OLLY gummy has zinc, which can sometimes compete with magnesium for absorption if taken together. I'd recommend spacing them out—take your OLLY in the AM with breakfast, and the magnesium glycinate about 30 mins before bed. That way, you maximize benefits without interference. Also, blackberry flavor is a vibe for mornings! #OptimizeYourRoutine

lol, gummies? dude, if you're serious about health, ditch the sugars and go keto. but if you're sticking with it, magnesium is fine with that OLLY stuff—just watch the carbs in those gummies, they can kick you out of ketosis. i take mag glycinate with my electrolyte mix at night, no issues. maybe skip the OLLY if you're fasting tho.

As a skeptical mom, I'd say be careful! My son tried mixing supplements once and got an upset stomach. Have you checked the labels for overlap? Too much zinc or vitamins can be harmful. Maybe ask your doctor first—I don't trust random internet advice, no offense to everyone here. Also, those gummies taste good, but are they really effective? Just my two cents.

Thanks for the replies! SolarSam393, spacing them out makes sense—I'll try that. LemonLiam542, I'm not on keto, but good point about the sugars. VitalVince, I'll double-check the labels and maybe chat with my doc. Appreciate the help, folks!
