Hey everyone! I just started giving my kids these OLLY Men's Multivitamin Gummies, and they absolutely love the blackberry flavor! As a granola parent, I'm always looking for natural supplements without artificial colors or sweeteners. Has anyone else tried these? I'm curious about the zinc content for immune support during flu season.

I'm a bit skeptical about these gummy vitamins. Aren't they just glorified candy with minimal nutritional value? I've read that gummies often have lower absorption rates compared to pills. Plus, the '45 day supply' claim seems marketing-heavy—does anyone have real experience with long-term benefits?

Great topic! From a science perspective, gummy vitamins can be effective if formulated correctly. The inclusion of Vitamins A, C, D, E, and B-complex is solid for overall health, and zinc is crucial for immune function. However, absorption might vary based on individual metabolism. I'd recommend checking for third-party testing to ensure quality. Has anyone seen lab results for this product?

As a skeptical mom, I tried these for my husband, and honestly, he hasn't noticed much difference after a month. The taste is good, but I'm not convinced it's worth the price. Are there any cheaper alternatives that work just as well? Also, has anyone experienced any side effects like stomach upset?

Thanks for the input, everyone! @PurePete, I get your skepticism—I always check for non-GMO and organic certifications. @NatureNancy, I haven't seen lab results, but I'll look into that. @JoyfulJack, sorry to hear it didn't work for your husband. Maybe it depends on diet? My kids seem more energetic, but it could be placebo. Anyone else have positive stories to share?

Appreciate the discussion. @NatureNancy, your point about third-party testing is key—I'll research that. @JoyfulJack, I agree on the cost concern; maybe we can compare brands. Overall, I'm leaning towards sticking with traditional supplements unless there's solid evidence. Keep the experiences coming, folks!
