THREAD: Anyone else trying these gummy vitamins for energy and sleep? My 45-day reviewStarted by PurePete

Hey everyone, just started taking these OLLY gummies about two weeks ago. As a night shift worker, my sleep schedule is all over the place, and I was hoping these might help with energy during my shifts. So far, I've noticed a slight improvement in my daytime alertness when I'm trying to sleep, but nothing dramatic. The blackberry flavor is actually pretty good—doesn't taste like medicine at all. Has anyone else with irregular hours tried these? Wondering if I should stick with it longer or if there's something better out there.

I'm a bit skeptical about these gummy vitamins. As a mom, I'm always looking for healthy options for my family, but I worry about added sugars and artificial ingredients in gummies. The OLLY ones claim to have vitamins A, C, D, E, B, and zinc, which sounds great, but I checked the label and there's some sugar in there. Has anyone done a deep dive into the ingredients? Are they really effective, or is it just marketing? I'd rather stick to traditional pills if these aren't proven to work well.

As a yoga instructor, I focus a lot on holistic health, and I've been incorporating these gummies into my routine for about a month now. I appreciate that they include zinc and vitamin D, which are great for immune support and mood—important for staying centered during long teaching sessions. The blackberry flavor is a nice treat, and I've noticed I feel more balanced energy-wise without any jitters. For those into mindfulness, pairing these with a healthy diet and meditation can enhance the benefits. Anyone else combining supplements with their wellness practices?

I'm new to meditation and trying to improve my overall well-being, so I picked these up on a friend's recommendation. I've only been taking them for a week, and I'm not sure if I see any changes yet. The gummies are tasty, but I'm a bit overwhelmed—there are so many vitamins listed! Does anyone have tips on what to look for in terms of results? I'm hoping they might help with focus during my meditation sessions, but I'm still figuring it all out. Any advice for a rookie like me?

Busy professional here, always on the go with work and workouts. I've been using these OLLY gummies for the full 45-day supply, and I have to say, they've been a game-changer for me. The convenience of a gummy means I actually remember to take them daily, unlike pills I used to forget. I've noticed better recovery after intense gym sessions, probably thanks to the zinc and B vitamins. The energy boost is subtle but consistent—no crashes. For anyone juggling a hectic schedule, these are worth a try. Just make sure to pair them with a balanced diet for best results.
