Just tried Olly Men's Multivitamin Gummies - Blackberry flavor thoughts and effectiveness?

Hey folks, I've been tracking my micronutrient intake for years and decided to give these Olly gummies a shot. The ingredient profile looks decent for a mainstream product - decent doses of A, C, D, E, B-complex and zinc. What I'm curious about is bioavailability. Has anyone done bloodwork before/after using these? I'm skeptical about gummy delivery systems vs capsules. Also, that 45-day supply claim - are you guys taking one or two daily? The label says two, but that seems aggressive for maintenance.

OMG the blackberry flavor is actually amazing! Tastes like real fruit, not that artificial vitamin aftertaste. I've been taking them for about 3 weeks now and honestly, I look forward to them every morning. They're like a little treat. Steve raises a good point about dosage though - I've been doing just one gummy because two seems like overkill? But then the bottle would last 90 days, not 45. Anyone else just doing one a day?

Too many ingredients. Why do men need A, C, D, E AND B vitamins AND zinc all in one? Most people get enough from food. I tried these for a week and felt no different. Waste of money. Just eat real food and get some sun. The gummy thing is just marketing to make you think vitamins are candy.

I appreciate the convenience, but I'm old school - I prefer my vitamins in pill form. There's something about chewing a vitamin that feels... childish? That said, my son won't take regular vitamins but loves these, so I tried them. The blackberry is pleasant, but I worry about the sugar content. Tom has a point about whole foods, but let's be real - most of us don't eat perfectly. For a busy person, maybe these are better than nothing.

As a trainer, I get asked about gummy vitamins all the time. Here's my take: Olly's formula is actually pretty solid for active men. The zinc supports immune function (crucial when you're pushing hard in the gym), and the B vitamins help with energy metabolism. The gummy format increases compliance - people actually remember to take them! Bob, I'd recommend following the two-gummy direction if you're training regularly. Steve, I haven't seen bloodwork specifically on these, but anecdotally, clients report fewer post-workout sniffles. Price-wise, they're mid-range - not the cheapest, but the taste might justify it for picky eaters.
