Hey everyone! I've been taking the OLLY Men's Multivitamin Gummies for about a month now and I have to say, I'm loving them! The blackberry flavor is actually delicious - not that weird artificial taste you get with some supplements. I've noticed I have more consistent energy throughout the day, especially during my afternoon slump. Has anyone else tried these? Curious if others are seeing benefits too!

I'm skeptical about gummy vitamins in general. Aren't they just candy with some vitamins sprinkled in? I looked at the ingredients and there's sugar in there - 2g per serving. Plus, I've read that gummy vitamins often don't have the full spectrum of nutrients because some vitamins don't work well in gummy form. My kids love gummy vitamins, but for adults, I'm not convinced they're worth the premium price. Has anyone compared these to traditional pill vitamins?

As someone who hits the gym 5 days a week, I was curious about these. I've been taking them for 2 weeks alongside my regular protein and creatine. Honestly, I haven't noticed any dramatic changes in my workouts or recovery. They taste good and are easy to remember to take (which is a plus), but I'm not sure they're doing much beyond basic nutrition. The zinc content is decent though - might help with immune support during heavy training cycles. Anyone using these specifically for athletic performance?

I'm new to supplements and meditation, and I picked these up because I struggle with remembering to take pills. The gummy format works great for me! I've been taking them for about 3 weeks while starting a meditation practice. I can't say for sure if they're helping with focus during meditation, but I do feel generally better - less brain fog in the mornings. Quick question for the more experienced folks: Should I be taking these with food or on an empty stomach? The bottle doesn't specify.

Great discussion! @HealthHacker - you raise valid points about sugar content. For me, the 2g is worth it because I actually remember to take them daily, whereas I'd forget pills. @IvyIron - I found the benefits were more subtle and cumulative over time rather than immediate performance boosts. @BioBob47 - I take mine with breakfast since some vitamins (like D and E) are fat-soluble and absorb better with food. Also, if you're new to supplements, starting with a multivitamin is smart before adding anything more targeted!

Thanks for the feedback everyone. @BioBob47 - I agree with GummyGuru about taking with food. Fat-soluble vitamins need dietary fat for proper absorption. I might give these a try for my husband who hates swallowing pills. One more question for those who've used them longer term: Have you noticed any digestive issues? Some multivitamins can cause stomach upset, especially on an empty stomach.
