Hey folks, I picked up these OLLY probiotic gummies last month after my Crossfit coach mentioned gut health can impact recovery. The peach flavor is actually pretty decent - not too sweet, easy to chew post-workout. I've been taking them for about 3 weeks now and I've noticed less bloating after my protein-heavy meals. 500 million CFUs seems solid, but I'm curious if anyone knows how that compares to other brands? Also, do they need refrigeration or are they shelf-stable?

I'm always skeptical about supplements that come in gummy form - feels more like candy than science. But I gotta admit, the convenience factor is high. I travel a lot for tech conferences and these are easy to toss in my carry-on. The 30-count pack is perfect for a month. Has anyone checked if the fiber content is soluble or insoluble? And what's the sugar content per gummy? I'm trying to minimize added sugars in my diet.

As a fitness professional, I recommend probiotics to clients dealing with digestive issues from increased protein intake or intense training. The OLLY gummies are a good entry point for people who struggle with pills. The prebiotic fiber is a nice bonus - it feeds the good bacteria. For those just starting, consistency is key: take them daily for at least 4 weeks to see real benefits. NatureNancy46, since you're always on the move, these might work well with your lifestyle!

Thanks for the tag, VibeVitamins! I've been using these for about two months as a digital nomad. The no-refrigeration thing is a game-changer when I'm hopping between Airbnbs. The peach flavor is subtle, not artificial-tasting. I've noticed more regular digestion despite changing time zones frequently. My only concern is the packaging - it's plastic, which bothers me as someone trying to reduce waste. PeakPaula, any thoughts on the environmental aspect?

Ugh, the plastic container is disappointing. I wish companies would use compostable materials for supplements. That said, if the product works, I'm torn. Has anyone compared the environmental impact of these versus traditional probiotic capsules? On the positive side, at least they're not individually wrapped. Back to effectiveness - my partner has IBS and we're looking for gentle options. Are these strong enough for someone with sensitive digestion, or should we start with something milder?
