Hey everyone! I just bought these OLLY Sleep gummies for my insomnia, but I love my morning coffee. Is it safe to take them together? I know melatonin is for sleep, so maybe it'll make me drowsy all day? Any advice?

I wouldn't risk it. Melatonin is a hormone that tells your body it's time to sleep. Taking it with coffee might just cancel out the caffeine, or worse, mess with your sleep cycle. Also, chamomile and lemon balm are calming, so it's a weird mix. Just take the gummies an hour before bed.

Lol don't do it! I once took a melatonin gummy in the morning by accident and felt like a zombie. Coffee didn't help. These gummies are designed for nighttime, so stick to evening use. If you need a boost in the AM, try some green tea or a B12 gummy instead.

Thanks guys! I'll keep the gummies for bedtime only. Maybe I'll try that B12 gummy for mornings. Do you have a good brand recommendation?

I use the Nature's Bounty B12 gummies, they're cheap and work well. But check the sugar content if you're watching that.
