Hey everyone! I'm going on a long haul flight soon and wanted to bring my OLLY Sleep gummies to help with jet lag. But I'm worried about them melting in my carry-on or getting flagged by TSA. Also, any tips for storing them during a road trip? I'll be hiking in warm weather too. Thanks!

I've taken these on flights before. They’re gummies, so they get a little soft in heat but don't fully melt unless it's super hot. I keep mine in a ziplock bag just in case. TSA didn't bat an eye – it's just candy to them. But I’d be cautious about the melatonin dosage if you're traveling with kids. My daughter took them and got drowsy at the wrong time.

For heat: I put mine in a small insulated pouch with a cold pack. Works for hiking trips too. Also, if you're worried about melting, you can freeze them overnight before traveling – they'll stay solid longer. But honestly, they're pretty stable. Biohacker tip: Take them right before you want to sleep, not before your flight lol.

Thanks for the tips! I’ll try the insulated pouch. Freezing them sounds smart. And yeah, I plan to take them after I board the plane for my sleep window. Do you guys think the gel-like texture would be a problem in a hot car?

In a hot car, they'll get sticky and might clump together. I'd keep them in the glovebox or a cooler. Also, if you're hiking, make sure they're in a bag that's easy to access – you don't want melted gummy all over your stuff! But overall, they're pretty forgiving.
