Gift gummies for dad & gym junkie friend?
Hey everyone! I'm looking to get some gummies as a little health pack gift for my dad (he's 70) and my best friend who's obsessed with the gym. I've seen OLLY Sleep Gummies around, anyone tried them? Also, any recs for something for joint or energy for my dad? Thanks!
I've bought OLLY Sleep for my husband and they work great! He falls asleep faster and doesn't wake up groggy. For your dad, maybe look into their Joint or Energy blends? My husband takes the Joint ones and says they help his knees. For your friend, maybe the pre-workout or recovery ones? Just a thought.
