Hey folks! I need some advice. My dad (65) has trouble sleeping, and my best friend is obsessed with fitness and wellness. I want to get them a health pack with gummies as a gift. I'm eyeing the OLLY Sleep Gummies for my dad (they have melatonin, L-theanine, etc.) – but is that safe for seniors? And for my friend, what's a good gummy for recovery or energy? Any recommendations? Thx!

Great idea! OLLY Sleep is solid – 3mg melatonin is a moderate dose, and the L-theanine and botanicals are gentle. For seniors, it's generally fine, but I'd suggest starting with half a gummy. For your fitness friend, look for gummies with electrolytes or B vitamins for energy, or tart cherry for recovery. I've seen good reviews on the 'OLLY Active' or 'Vitafusion Energy'. Also, check for sugar content – some are loaded. Good luck!

OMG yes! My mom uses OLLY Sleep and she loves 'em. She says they help her fall asleep faster without feeling groggy. For your friend, def go with a recovery gummy – I use ones with collagen or turmeric. Also, if he's into pre-workout, there are gummies with caffeine. But remember, gummies are supplements, not candy – so don't overdo it. Also, check if your dad takes meds – melatonin can interact with some blood thinners. Just a heads up!

Tech guy here! I actually track my sleep with a fitness watch. For your dad, the OLLY Sleep is a good choice – I've analyzed the ingredients, and at 3mg, it's not too strong. Just have him take it 30 min before bed. For your friend, maybe try a gummy with magnesium – good for muscle recovery and sleep. I've seen some with electrolytes like Nuun or Key Nutrients. Btw, check out the OLLY website – they have bundles sometimes. Happy gifting!
