Hey everyone, I've been using OLLY Sleep Gummies (the blackberry ones with melatonin, L-theanine, etc.) for a few weeks now to help me wind down. They work pretty well, but I'm curious: has anyone tried combining them with other supplements? Like, what if I took one with my morning coffee to balance out the caffeine jitters? Or maybe with another gummy supplement? Is that safe or even effective? Would love to hear your experiences!

lol OP, mixing a sleep gummy with coffee sounds like a culinary disaster waiting to happen! I'm all about flavor combos, but blackberry + coffee? No thanks. That said, I've paired the OLLY gummies with a warm chamomile tea before bed—adds a nice herbal note and makes the gummy taste even sweeter. As for safety, I'd avoid mixing with anything caffeinated; you're just canceling out the sleep aid. Stick to calming foods/herbs if you're gonna experiment.

Early adopter here—I've tried combining the OLLY sleep gummy with a magnesium glycinate supplement (pill form) about 30 mins before bed. Noticed deeper sleep, but YMMV. For coffee, definitely don't mix; melatonin and caffeine can mess with your circadian rhythm. If you're into stacking supplements, maybe pair it with something like valerian root, but check with a doc first. Always start low and go slow!

As a marathon runner, sleep is crucial for recovery! I use OLLY gummies post-long runs to help me unwind. I'd never combine with coffee—caffeine post-6pm ruins my sleep quality. Instead, I sometimes take it with a tart cherry juice (natural melatonin boost) or a light protein snack. Works great! If you're adding another supplement, keep it natural and non-stimulating. Listen to your body and maybe journal effects.
