OLLY Sleep Gummies: BlackBerry vs. other flavors – which one should I get?
Hey everyone! I'm a med student and I've been using OLLY Sleep gummies (the ones with 3mg melatonin, L-theanine, chamomile, lemon balm) to help me wind down after late-night study sessions. I absolutely LOVE the BlackBerry flavor – it's tart and not too sweet. But I tried the Strawberry one and ugh, it tasted like fake medicine. I'm almost out and need to reorder. Should I just stick with BlackBerry, or is there another flavor that's actually good? I don't want to waste money on a 90-count if it's gross. Help!
Oh honey, I've been through this! As a retired nurse, I've tried pretty much every OLLY flavor out there. BlackBerry is hands down the best, IMO. Strawberry is definitely polarizing – some love it, but I agree it can taste artificial. Have you tried the Blueberry? It's milder and kinda like a real berry. But honestly, if you love BlackBerry, just get that one again. Why mess with a good thing? 😊
Yo, I'm on a tight budget so I feel you on not wanting to waste cash. I've only tried BlackBerry and Raspberry. Raspberry is pretty decent – sweet but not cloying. But BlackBerry is still my fave. I'd say stick with BlackBerry unless you can find a small pack to sample. Sometimes CVS has sales on the smaller sizes. Also, have you considered the 'Extra Strength' version? It's 5mg melatonin but same flavors, I think. Might be worth it if you need stronger effect.
Retired nurse here too. I've been using OLLY for years. My two cents: BlackBerry is the most consistent. I tried the Honey Lavender once and it was way too floral for me – felt like eating potpourri. But if you want something different, the Chamomile flavor is actually pretty nice, very subtle. Still, BlackBerry is the safest bet. Also, pro tip: keep them in the fridge – they taste better cold and don't get as sticky.
