Anyone tried the OLLY Sleep Gummies? Are they worth the hype?

Hey everyone! I'm a total foodie and always curious about new products that promise better sleep. I picked up the OLLY Sleep Gummies in BlackBerry flavor last week. Honestly, the taste is pretty decent - not too sweet, with a nice tartness from the blackberry. Has anyone else noticed the chamomile and lemon balm flavors coming through? I'm wondering if the 3mg melatonin is enough for someone like me who struggles with occasional insomnia. Would love to hear others' experiences!

As a mom of two young kids, I'm always skeptical about sleep aids. I saw these at the store and was tempted, but I'm concerned about the ingredients. 3mg melatonin seems high - my pediatrician recommends much lower doses for adults. Also, what's with the 'natural flavors' listed? Are these actually safe for regular use? I'd rather stick to my chamomile tea, but if these really work without side effects, I might consider them. Has anyone had any negative reactions?

Hi folks! Granola parent here. I appreciate that OLLY uses L-Theanine and chamomile - both are great natural relaxants. However, I'm disappointed to see artificial colors and the plastic packaging. Why can't they use more eco-friendly materials? Also, 90 count seems excessive if you're just trying them out. Has anyone found these to be genuinely effective for winding down without feeling groggy the next morning? I'm all for natural sleep solutions, but the environmental impact matters too.

Fitness pro checking in. I've been using these gummies for about a month to help with post-workout recovery sleep. The 3mg melatonin combined with L-Theanine works well for me - I fall asleep faster and wake up refreshed. Important note: each gummy has 2g of sugar, so if you're on a strict keto diet, you'll need to account for that. I take one about 30 minutes before bed. For those into fitness, better sleep means better muscle repair. Anyone else using these as part of their fitness routine?

Thanks for the input, everyone! Kevin, good point about the sugar - I didn't check that. Ellen, I agree about the packaging, but the gummies do seem to work. Pete, I haven't had any side effects, but I only use them 2-3 times a week. Maybe start with half a gummy? The blackberry flavor really masks any herbal tastes. Has anyone tried cutting them in half to reduce the melatonin dose?

Appreciate the honest feedback. Cutting them in half sounds like a smart approach for testing. I might give that a try on a weekend when I don't have early morning responsibilities. Still concerned about long-term use, but it's helpful to hear real experiences. Thanks, all!
