Whoa, unexpected side effect from sleep gummies?
Okay so I started taking these OLLY Sleep gummies a few weeks ago because I was having trouble falling asleep (my mind just won't shut up sometimes). And they do work for sleep, no complaint. But here's the weird thing: my skin has been looking AMAZING. Like, clearer and more radiant than it has in months. I haven't changed anything else in my routine. Could the melatonin or something in these be doing that? Is that a thing? Anyone else notice anything weird?
That's interesting! I've been using them for about a month now (I do intermittent fasting and my sleep was off). I haven't noticed skin changes, but I have noticed that my stress levels seem lower during the day. Like, I'm less jittery and more calm. Probably the L-theanine? I think that's supposed to help with relaxation. Maybe it's just better sleep leading to better everything, but I'm not complaining lol.
Whoa, I gotta say, I thought I was the only one! I'm a marathon runner, and I take these to help with recovery sleep. But I've noticed my post-run inflammation seems way down. My knees don't ache like they used to. I was thinking it was just because I was getting better rest, but maybe there's something to the chamomile and lemon balm? They're anti-inflammatory, right? Anyway, I'll take it!
Oh good, I'm not crazy (or at least not alone lol). The skin thing is so weird but I'm loving it. I actually looked it up and apparently melatonin is an antioxidant, and quality sleep helps with cell repair. So maybe that's the connection. Anyway, glad I'm not the only one getting 'bonus effects'. Have you guys tried the regular OLLY gummies or just these sleep ones? I'm curious if the other ones do anything similar.
I've only tried these sleep ones. I'm too scared to mess with a good thing lol. But honestly, if the sleep gummies give me calmer days, I'm sticking with them. Let us know if you find out more about the skin thing! I could use some of that glow too :)
