Hey everyone, just came across this study (PMID: 12345678) about biotin supplements. It says they might not actually do much for hair and nails unless you're deficient. I've been taking OLLY Undeniable Beauty for a month now - should I keep going or is this just marketing hype? Would love to hear your thoughts!

OMG Bob, I saw that too! But honestly, I've been taking these gummies for 3 months and my nails have never been stronger?? I think studies can be biased depending on who funds them. Plus OLLY has keratin and vitamin C too which are KEY for collagen. The grapefruit flavor is everything btw ✨

As someone who's tried literally every gummy supplement out there, I can tell you that individual results vary SO much. That study might have limitations - were they using isolated biotin or a combo like OLLY? The synergy of ingredients matters! I've had clients who swear by these for hair growth, but it takes at least 2-3 months to see real changes.

Thanks both! That makes sense about the combo of ingredients. Maybe I'll give it another month or two. The study did mention most people get enough biotin from food already, but I don't eat super balanced all the time lol. Anyone notice if the grapefruit taste gets old after a while?

Not at all Bob! I actually look forward to taking them every morning. They're like a little treat. And re: the study - remember that wellness is holistic! Supplements work best with good sleep, hydration, and stress management (meditation helps me!). Don't just rely on one study babes 💖
