THREAD: Just started the OLLY Beauty Gummies - anyone else seeing results?Started by OrganicOlivia44

Hey everyone! I've been taking these OLLY Beauty Gummies for about two weeks now. As someone who hits the gym 5-6 times a week, I'm always looking for supplements that support recovery and overall health. The grapefruit flavor is actually pretty decent, not too sweet. So far, I've noticed my nails seem less brittle when I'm lifting heavy. Has anyone else tried these for post-workout skin/hair support? Curious if the biotin and keratin combo really makes a difference with consistent training.

I picked these up last month because my dermatologist recommended more biotin for my thinning hair (stress from work, ugh). As a busy professional, I love that they're chewable and don't require water—I just keep them on my desk. I'm about 30 days in, and I think my hair shedding has decreased slightly? Hard to tell if it's placebo, but my skin does feel more hydrated. Olivia, do you take them pre or post-workout? I've been doing mornings with coffee.

FitnessFanatic, I take mine post-workout with my protein shake! I figure the vitamins might absorb better with a meal. That's interesting about the hair shedding—I haven't had that issue, but my sister did mention her nails grew faster after a month. For the price point (~$15 for 30 days), I'm hoping to see more obvious results by the 60-day mark. Anyone skeptical about the 'undeniable beauty' claim? I'm all for natural supplements, but marketing can be overhyped.

Totally agree on the marketing skepticism. I did some research—the biotin (2,500 mcg) and vitamin C (60 mg) doses seem solid, but keratin is less studied for topical benefits via supplements. As a data-driven person, I wish they had more clinical trials cited. That said, for convenience and taste, these beat the chalky pills I used to take. Olivia, maybe try tracking photos of your hair/nails? I started a simple journal to compare. Also, has anyone experienced any stomach issues? No problems here, thankfully.
