Has anyone tried OLLY's new beauty gummies? Are they worth the hype?

Hey everyone, I'm a sleep-deprived parent of two toddlers and my hair has been falling out like crazy since my youngest was born. I saw these OLLY gummies at Target and grabbed them on impulse. They taste amazing - like grapefruit candy! I've been taking them for about 2 weeks now and I think my nails are stronger? Hard to tell with the hair yet. Has anyone else tried these? Do they actually work or am I just wasting money?

VibeVitamins42, I remember when beauty supplements were just basic biotin pills that tasted like chalk! These gummies are definitely an upgrade. I've been blogging about wellness for 15 years and I'm skeptical of any supplement that promises too much. That said, the ingredient list looks decent - biotin, vitamin C, keratin. But 60 count for a 30-day supply means you're taking 2 per day. At that rate, they better work! Has anyone completed the full 30 days?

I'm a traditionalist when it comes to health. Real food, proper sleep, and exercise should come first before any supplement. These gummies seem like another trendy product capitalizing on people's insecurities. Why pay premium prices for processed gummies when you could eat eggs (biotin), citrus fruits (vitamin C), and lean meats (keratin precursors)? That being said, if they help people remember to take their vitamins, maybe there's some value. But are they 'undeniable beauty'? Doubtful.

I'm an early adopter of all things health-tech and wellness. I bought these the day they launched! The packaging is sleek, the gummies are delicious, and I appreciate that they're chewable (no water needed). I've been tracking my skin moisture levels with my dermascanner app and I've seen a 12% improvement after 25 days. Could be placebo, could be the gummies. Either way, I'm enjoying them. FuelFrank, you're into gadgets - any tech that could help us measure if these actually work?

RhinoRich, great question! There are actually several apps and devices that could help. I use a smart hairbrush that tracks hair fall and a nail growth tracker app. As for the gummies themselves - I'm intrigued by the delivery system. Chewable supplements often have better absorption than pills. But I'm concerned about the sugar content in gummies. Does anyone have the nutrition facts? Also, has anyone compared these to traditional biotin supplements cost-wise?

Thanks for all the input! SolarSam, I'm only halfway through so I'll report back at 30 days. QuartzQuinn, I totally get your point about real food - but between work and kids, I'm lucky if I remember to eat lunch! These are at least something. FuelFrank, the bottle says 2g of sugar per serving (2 gummies). Not terrible compared to my kids' fruit snacks! RhinoRich, what dermascanner app do you use? Maybe I should get more scientific about this.
