Hey guys, I've had my OLLY Women's gummies for a while and they've gotten super hard, and the color looks a bit off. Some are sticking together too. Are they still safe to eat? Or should I toss them?

I wouldn't risk it, especially with something you're putting in your body. If they've changed texture or color, it sounds like they might be past their prime. Better safe than sorry. I'd get a new bottle.

As a med student, I can tell you that most likely they're just affected by humidity or temperature. The active ingredients degrade over time, but they're probably not harmful. However, if they're really hard, they might be hard to chew and the potency might be reduced. I'd say if they smell ok and don't have mold, they're probably fine, but I'd err on the side of caution. Check the expiration date.

Hmm, sounds like a classic case of moisture or heat exposure. I've seen this with gummies. They might lose their efficacy. If you have a tech way to test them? Like a moisture meter? But honestly, if they're stuck together, just break them apart and maybe store them in a cool, dry place. But I'd probably just get new ones—they're not that expensive.

Thanks for the replies! The expiration date is still a few months away, but I'll take your advice and probably just toss them. Not worth the risk. I'll store the next ones better. Appreciate it!
