Mixing OLLY Women's Daily Gummies with other stuff - safe or nah?

Hey everyone, I've been taking the OLLY Women's Daily Multivitamin Gummy (the berry one) for a couple months now and I love it. But I'm thinking of adding a collagen gummy supplement to my routine too. Has anyone tried combining these? Is it safe to take both in the morning, maybe with my coffee? I don't wanna overdo it on vitamins or mess up absorption. Thanks!

OP, first off - those OLLY gummies are legit tasty! The berry flavor actually tastes like real berries, not that fake candy stuff. As for mixing with collagen gummies... I've done similar combos. Personally, I take my vitamins with a smoothie instead of coffee. Coffee can sometimes interfere with absorption of certain nutrients like iron (not sure if that's in yours though). Maybe try taking them with a light breakfast? The taste combo might be weird with coffee anyway lol.

I track all my supplements with a health app on my smartwatch! Data shows me that spacing out supplements by 2-4 hours is optimal for absorption. The OLLY has fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E) so take those with food containing some fat. Collagen is protein-based - different absorption pathway. I'd recommend: OLLY with breakfast, collagen gummy as afternoon snack. Coffee? Caffeine might reduce some vitamin absorption - my app gives a 15% reduction alert when I log coffee with vitamins.

When I'm out photographing sunrise over the mountains, I take my gummies with some wild berries I forage! Nature's combo :) But seriously, my wife takes similar supplements. She spaces them out - multivitamin in AM, collagen later. Says it feels better that way. Maybe try it for a week and see how you feel? Our bodies are pretty good at telling us what works, just like how light tells me the perfect shot angle!

Scientifically speaking: Check the vitamin A content in your OLLY gummy. Collagen supplements sometimes contain vitamin A too - you don't want to exceed 3000 mcg RAE daily as that can be toxic long-term. Also, vitamin C (in your OLLY) actually HELPS collagen synthesis! Coffee's tannins can inhibit iron absorption, but the OLLY doesn't contain iron. Main concern would be vitamin A overlap and general digestive load. I'd recommend taking them at least 2 hours apart, and maybe skip the coffee within 30 minutes of either supplement.
