Hey everyone! I just started taking OLLY Women's Daily Multivitamin Gummies and I'm loving them so far. The berry flavor is delicious and it's so easy to remember to take them since they taste like candy. Has anyone else tried these? I'm curious about the biotin content for hair and nails—any noticeable effects?

Ellen, I've been using these for about three months now. As a fitness pro, I appreciate that they include vitamins D and C for immune support, which is crucial when you're pushing your body hard. The gummy form is great for absorption, but I do wish they had more detailed info on the exact amounts of each vitamin. Has anyone checked if these are third-party tested for purity?

I'm a bit skeptical about gummy vitamins in general—they often have added sugars and artificial ingredients. Does anyone know if OLLY uses natural sweeteners or if there's a lot of sugar in these? I prefer whole foods for my nutrients, but I'm open to supplements if they're clean. Also, how's the folic acid content? Important for us active folks!

As a granola parent, I'm always looking for safe, natural options for my family. I tried these gummies and my kids loved the berry flavor, but I'm concerned about the 'adult chewable' label—are they suitable for older teens? Also, does anyone have experience with the 65-day supply? It seems cost-effective, but I want to make sure it's worth it long-term. Any advice on storage to keep them fresh?

Nancy, I checked the label and OLLY uses natural flavors and colors, with 2g of sugar per serving—not too bad compared to some others. Olivia, I think they're fine for teens, but maybe check with a doctor first. I've been storing mine in a cool, dry place and they've held up well. VibeVitamins, good point on testing; I'll look into that. Anyone else notice better energy levels or skin improvements?

Thanks, Ellen! I did some digging and OLLY claims to use high-quality ingredients, but I haven't found specific third-party certification. For fitness, I'd recommend pairing these with a balanced diet—they're a good supplement, not a replacement. Nancy, if you're worried about sugar, you might opt for a capsule version, but these gummies are convenient. Overall, solid for daily maintenance, but tailor to your individual needs.
