Hey everyone! I just started taking the OLLY Women's Daily Multivitamin Gummies and I'm loving them so far! The berry flavor is delicious and they're so easy to remember to take since they taste like candy. I've been looking for a good multivitamin that includes biotin for hair/nails and folic acid since I'm in my 30s. Has anyone else tried these? I'm curious about how they compare to other brands like Nature Made or SmartyPants.

I'm skeptical about gummy vitamins in general - they often have added sugars and fillers that don't align with clean eating. Looking at the ingredients, these have 2g of sugar per serving. For someone on keto or watching their sugar intake, that might be problematic. Have you checked the carb count, Mila? Also, do they use synthetic vitamins or whole food sources? The label says 'adult chewable' but I wonder about bioavailability compared to capsules.

Great points, Kevin! I did notice the sugar content - it's 2g from organic tapioca syrup and cane sugar. For me, it's worth it because I actually remember to take them daily (unlike pills I used to forget). The convenience factor is huge! As for bioavailability, the vitamins include methylated B12 and folate which are supposed to be more easily absorbed. I've been taking them for about 2 weeks now and I do feel like I have more consistent energy throughout the day. Has anyone experienced any digestive issues? Some multivitamins upset my stomach but these haven't.

The methylated forms are definitely a plus - many people have MTHFR mutations and don't absorb regular folic acid well. Still, 2g of sugar daily adds up. Have you considered trying a sugar-free alternative? I use a capsule form that has similar nutrients without the sweeteners. For those who struggle with pills, there are liquid options too. What specific benefits are you hoping to see from these, Mila? Are you tracking any particular health metrics?

I'm mostly looking for overall wellness support - better energy, skin/hair health, and immune support with the vitamins C, D, and E. I work long hours at a computer job, so anything that helps with fatigue is a win. You're right about sugar-free options, but honestly the taste is what makes me consistent! For anyone considering these, I'd say give them a try if you struggle with pill fatigue. The 65-day supply is decent value at about $0.30 per day. Has anyone tried taking them at different times of day? I take mine with breakfast.
