Hey everyone! I've been taking the OLLY Women's Daily Multivitamin Gummies for about 45 days now and WOW - I'm seriously impressed! The berry flavor is absolutely delicious, not that artificial taste some gummies have. I've noticed my nails are stronger and my skin has this healthy glow that even my coworkers commented on. The biotin and vitamins A, C, and E combo seems to be working wonders. Has anyone else tried these? Curious if you've seen similar results!

GummyGuru123 - Interesting! As someone who hits the gym 5-6 times a week, I'm always skeptical about gummy vitamins. Don't they usually have added sugar? What's the sugar content on these? I need something that supports muscle recovery and energy levels, not something that'll spike my blood sugar. The vitamin D and biotin sound good for recovery though. Anyone using these as part of their fitness routine?

IvyIron brings up a good point about sugar - I checked the label and there's 2g per serving (2 gummies). Not terrible, but as an amateur chef who's trying to eat cleaner, I'm torn. The convenience is tempting since I'm always rushing between recipe testing sessions. GummyGuru123, how many do you take daily? The bottle says 2 gummies = 65 day supply, but I'm wondering if the dosage is sufficient for actual benefits or if it's more of a maintenance thing.

As a digital nomad who's constantly traveling between time zones, I've been eyeing these! The 130-count pack would last me through several countries. My main concern is whether they actually help with energy and immunity - vitamin C and D are crucial when you're exposed to different environments constantly. But are these synthetic vitamins? I prefer whole-food based supplements when possible. Also, do they melt in heat? My backpack gets pretty warm sometimes!

Great questions everyone! IvyIron - they do have some sugar (organic cane sugar and tapioca syrup), but it's relatively low compared to some gummies I've tried. For fitness, I've definitely noticed better post-workout recovery! HubermanHopeful - I take 2 daily as directed, and yes, I think it's more maintenance than therapeutic dosing, but perfect for daily wellness. NatureNancy46 - they're not whole-food based unfortunately, but I haven't had melting issues keeping them in my bathroom cabinet. They do seem to help my immune system - haven't caught any colds since starting!

Thanks for the info GummyGuru123! Might give these a shot for a month to see if they help with my DOMS. NatureNancy46 - if you try them during travels, let us know how they hold up! I'm still a bit skeptical about gummy absorption vs capsules, but the convenience factor is undeniable. Anyone know if these are third-party tested? That's usually my deal-breaker with supplements.
