Hey all, I originally started taking these SmartSweets peach rings as a low-sugar treat to curb my candy cravings at work. I've been trying to cut back on sugar, you know? But I've noticed something weird – my skin has been looking clearer and I feel less stressed overall. Could it be the candy? Seems too good to be true. Anyone else experience this?

LOL, that's funny because I bought these for the nostalgia (peach rings remind me of my childhood), but I definitely feel a mood boost when I eat them. Maybe it's just the act of having a sweet treat without the sugar crash? Placebo? Either way, I'm not complaining! Glad you're seeing benefits, Greg.

Wait, are these the ones that got discontinued? That's a bummer. But I've been using them too because they're low cal and help me stick to my diet. I haven't noticed any skin changes, but they do help with my sweet tooth. Have you checked the ingredients? Maybe it's the lack of sugar or something like that. Anyway, any extra positive effect is a win!

As a nurse, I can tell you that sometimes our bodies react to changes in diet. Reducing sugar can definitely improve your skin and reduce stress. These low-sugar candies are a step in the right direction. But it's not just the candy – your overall diet matters. If you're eating less sugar because of these, that could be causing the positive effects. Keep it up! Too bad about it being discontinued. I stocked up when I heard.

Thanks for the insights! I guess I'll have to find an alternative. Glad I'm not the only one who got a little extra from these. I just hope I can find something similar that works as well. Appreciate the input, guys.
