Okay, I have to admit - I was skeptical about 'health gummies' tasting good, but these are actually delicious! The peach flavor is spot-on, not artificial or medicinal at all. I've been taking them for about two weeks now, and while I can't say my knee pain has magically disappeared, I do feel a bit more flexible in the mornings. Has anyone else noticed if the taste changes over time? I'm worried they might get that weird vitamin aftertaste some supplements develop.

I'm always suspicious of anything that calls itself 'ultra high absorption' - sounds like marketing speak to me. My husband has arthritis and we've tried so many supplements that promise the moon. These are expensive too! At $30 for 120 count, that's $0.25 per gummy. Are they really better than regular turmeric capsules? Also, the 'non-GMO, gluten free' labeling - isn't turmeric naturally gluten free anyway? Feels like they're just checking boxes to justify the price.

OMG I LOVE THESE! I've been taking them for a month now and my post-workout recovery has been amazing! The combination of turmeric curcumin AND ginger is brilliant - they work synergistically for inflammation. I take two in the morning and two after my evening workout. The peach flavor makes it so easy to remember too! For anyone wondering about absorption - the black pepper extract (piperine) in these really does make a difference compared to regular turmeric supplements. My joints haven't felt this good since I was 20!

Interesting discussion. Looking at the formulation, the 95% curcuminoids concentration is actually quite good - most studies use extracts in this range. The addition of gingerols from ginger could theoretically enhance the anti-inflammatory effects through multiple pathways. However, I'd be curious about the actual bioavailability data. Has anyone seen third-party testing results? Also, what's the sugar content per gummy? Even with natural flavors, gummies typically need some sweetener for palatability.

PurePete49 - I hear you on the price! I got mine on a BOGO sale, which made it more reasonable. KetoKevin38 - the label says 2g of sugar per gummy from organic cane sugar. Not terrible, but adds up if you're taking multiple daily. IvyIron - do you really take four a day? That's double the recommended serving on my bottle. Have you noticed any stomach issues? Ginger usually helps digestion, but turmeric can be hard on some people's stomachs in higher doses.

DynamicDan31 - I checked with my naturopath first! She said since I'm very active (weight training 5x/week), the higher dose is appropriate for my inflammation levels. No stomach issues at all - the ginger probably helps with that. PurePete49 - I get the skepticism, but sometimes you get what you pay for. The extraction method matters for bioavailability. These use a patented process that's supposedly 46x more absorbable than standard turmeric. Whether that's true or marketing hype... all I know is they work for me!
