Hey everyone! I was at Costco yesterday and saw their Kirkland Signature Vitamin B12 gummies on sale for like half the price of the brand I usually get. Has anyone tried these? Is the lower price a red flag for lower quality, or is this just a total steal? I don't want to compromise on effectiveness just to save a few bucks.

Great find OP! As a fitness pro, I always check the label first. Kirkland stuff is usually solid quality - they often use the same manufacturers as premium brands. Look for methylcobalamin (better absorbed) vs cyanocobalamin, and check the sugar content per serving. If those check out, it's probably a legit deal. I've used their B12 during heavy training cycles and noticed good energy levels.

OMG I LIVE for Costco vitamin deals!! Their B12 gummies are actually really good quality. I've compared them to more expensive brands and the ingredient list is nearly identical. The price drop might just be because they buy in massive bulk. Only downside is you have to buy a huge bottle, but if you take them regularly it's worth it. Definitely not lower quality imo!

As someone who travels constantly, I've tried B12 gummies from everywhere! Costco's version is surprisingly good. The lower price doesn't mean lower quality - sometimes store brands invest more in the product and less in marketing. Just make sure they're third-party tested (most Kirkland supplements are). I've been using them for 6 months while working remotely across Asia and my energy has been steady!
