THREAD: B12 gummies on sale at Costco - too good to be true?Started by GlowGigi

Hey everyone! So I was at Costco yesterday grabbing diapers (of course) and saw their Nature's Bounty B12 gummies on sale - like $10 for a 3-month supply?? That's way cheaper than what I usually pay at the pharmacy. My brain is mush from toddler sleep regression, but is this a legit steal or does the lower price mean they're cutting corners on quality? I give these to my 4-year-old and don't wanna skimp on something important. Anyone tried the Costco brand ones?

Om, Gigi! First - sending you calming vibes for the sleep situation. I've actually bought those Costco B12 gummies before! I teach early morning yoga classes and need that energy boost. From my experience, they work just as well as the pricier ones. Check the label though - make sure they have methylcobalamin (the active form) not cyanocobalamin. Sometimes cheaper brands use the less bioavailable form. But if it's the same formulation, it's probably just Costco's bulk buying power!

Darlings, price often reflects sourcing ethics! Many budget supplements use synthetic ingredients or questionable manufacturing. Have you checked if they're organic? Non-GMO? Third-party tested? The earth's energy flows better through clean supplements. My local co-op has wonderful B12 sprays from ethical brands - yes, pricier, but you're supporting sustainable practices and your body's vibrational harmony. Sometimes a 'deal' costs us more in hidden ways 💫

Ugh, Ellen with the vibrations again. Look, I'm a skeptical mom who needs facts. I compared labels: Costco's B12 gummies have the same USP verification seal as the CVS ones I buy. Same dosage (1000mcg), same methylcobalamin. The difference? CVS charges $18 for 60 count, Costco $10 for 90. It's not magic - it's capitalism. Warehouse clubs buy in insane volume. Unless your kid has a malabsorption issue (talk to pediatrician), they're fine. My teen takes them and his levels tested normal last checkup.
