THREAD: B12 Gummies on Sale at Costco - Too Good to Be True?Started by OP

Hey everyone! I was at Costco yesterday and saw their Kirkland brand B12 gummies on sale for like half the price of the name-brand ones. Has anyone tried these? Is the lower price just because it's Kirkland, or does it mean they're using cheaper ingredients? Don't wanna waste money on something that won't work, but also don't wanna pass up a steal!

Blessings, OP! In my holistic practice, I've found that store brands often use synthetic cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin, which is more bioavailable. Check the label - if it says methylcobalamin, it's a good sign. Costco's quality is usually decent, but sometimes they add more fillers. Still, for basic maintenance, it might be fine! The universe provides savings sometimes 🌿

lol i tried those kirkland ones last month! taste-wise they're kinda chalky compared to the Olly ones i usually get. like a weird cherry flavor that lingers? but if you're just swallowing them quick maybe it's fine. price was good but i went back to my faves for the texture. if taste matters to you, maybe sample a small pack first!

As a runner, I need my B12 for energy and recovery! I've used Costco's version during marathon training cycles when I'm going through gummies fast. They did the job - no noticeable difference in my energy levels versus more expensive brands. Just check the dosage per serving matches what you need. For the price, I'd say it's worth stocking up!

yo OP! gym rat here - i care about what goes in my body. kirkland stuff is usually legit, but i always compare labels. make sure theres no weird additives or sugar alcohols that mess with your gut. if the active ingredient (B12) is the same amount and form as pricier brands, then its def a steal. i say go for it and track your energy in the gym for a week!
