Hey everyone, so I started taking creatine gummies about 2 weeks ago because I read they might help with sleep quality? I'm a parent of two toddlers and my sleep has been garbage for years. Honestly, I haven't noticed much difference in sleep yet BUT my skin is suddenly so much clearer and glowy? Like I've struggled with adult acne forever and it's just... gone? Has anyone else experienced this or am I just imagining things??

GlowGigi - Not surprising at all! Creatine increases cellular hydration and ATP production, which can improve skin barrier function and collagen synthesis. The gummy form might have added glycine or other aminos that support skin health. Have you checked the full ingredient list? I'd recommend tracking your biomarkers to see if inflammation markers are down too. This is why I love biohacking - sometimes the secondary effects are more valuable than the primary goal!

Okay wait, I'm skeptical. Are you sure it's the creatine and not something else? Did you change your diet or skincare routine at the same time? I've been considering these for my teen who's into sports but now I'm wondering about giving them to a kid if they cause random effects. Also, are these gummies actually tested for purity? The supplement industry is so unregulated...

QuartzQuinn258 - I haven't changed anything else! Same chaotic diet (mostly toddler leftovers lol) and I've been too tired for a skincare routine beyond washing my face. The brand is 'VitalityBoost' if that helps. Steve - the label says creatine monohydrate, vitamin C, zinc, and natural flavors. No glycine listed. But honestly I'll take the skin improvement even if sleep doesn't get better!
