THREAD: Looking for creatine gummy recommendations for aging parent OR fitness friend?Started by OP

Hey everyone, I need some help! I'm looking to get a gift for either my dad (he's 68, still active but slowing down) OR my buddy who's super into lifting and fitness. I was thinking creatine gummies might be a good option for both? Dad hates swallowing pills, and my friend is always looking for convenient supps. Any recommendations for specific brands or 'health packs' that include creatine gummies? Budget is flexible, but I don't want junk. Thanks!

OP, great idea! For your fitness friend, I'd go with 'AlphaGains Creatine Plus' gummies - they have 5g creatine monohydrate per serving plus electrolytes, perfect post-workout. For your dad, look into 'SilverStrength Senior Pack' - it has creatine gummies, vitamin D, and omega-3s in gummy form. Both are third-party tested. Avoid cheap stuff with fillers; check the labels for sugar content too. Your friend might appreciate the performance edge, while your dad could benefit from muscle maintenance as he ages.

omg i feel this! i'm a marathon runner and i use creatine gummies during training cycles for recovery. i love 'EnduroBites' - they're not too sweet and easy on the stomach. for your dad, maybe something gentler like 'VitalityGummies'? they have a lower dose creatine blend with collagen. i gave some to my mom (70) and she actually likes them! just watch out for artificial colors if that matters to you. also, make sure whoever gets them drinks plenty of water with it!

Interesting query. Most commercial creatine gummies are underdosed - you'd need to eat 5+ for an effective 5g dose, which negates the convenience. For biohacking purposes, I'd recommend 'NeuroFuel Gummy Stack' - it pairs creatine with nootropics like lion's mane, great for cognitive support for aging or focus for fitness. Alternatively, consider DIY: buy pure creatine monohydrate powder and mix into sugar-free gummy recipes. More control, cheaper long-term. But if you must buy pre-made, check for Creapure® certification on the label.
