Hey all, been taking Creatine Gummies for about 2 weeks now (the berry blast ones). I've noticed my urine is noticeably brighter yellow, almost neon-ish? No pain or anything, just looks weird. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm guessing it's harmless but wanted to check!

OMG yes!! I had the same thing when I started! It's totally normal - your body is just processing the creatine and flushing out excess. It's a sign your kidneys are doing their job! I actually take it as a positive biofeedback signal now. Keep hydrating extra and maybe add some lemon water to support detox pathways! So glad you're trying creatine - it's a game-changer for cellular energy!

lol i noticed that too but honestly i was more focused on how the gummies made everything taste slightly metallic for a few hours after taking them. switched to the citrus burst flavor and it's less noticeable. the bright pee thing went away after like 3 weeks for me. are you taking them with food? might help.

Haven't tried creatine gummies yet but that's interesting! Reminds me of when I take certain supplements and notice color changes in... well, let's just say it makes for interesting nature photography analogies. As long as you're drinking plenty of water (I always carry my reusable bottle on hikes), it's probably fine. Maybe check if the gummies have B vitamins? Those can cause bright yellow urine too.

Yup standard stuff. Happened to me when I first started loading phase. Just means it's working! My gym buddy said the same thing. Make sure you're hitting your water goals - I aim for a gallon daily with creatine. What brand are you using? Some have extra stuff that might affect it. Keep crushing those workouts!
