THREAD: My GOLI gummies look weird - are they still safe to eat?Started by OP

Hey everyone, I've been taking GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies for a few months and love them, but my latest batch looks off. I opened the bottle today and some of them have turned a darker color, almost brownish, and they feel kinda hard and sticky. A few are stuck together too. Has this happened to anyone else? Are they still safe to take, or should I toss them? Worried about wasting money but also don't want to risk my health!

OP, first off - great choice with GOLI for fitness support! I've seen this before with gummies in general. The color change and hardening are usually from exposure to heat or humidity, maybe if you left them in a warm car or bathroom. It's called sugar bloom or crystallization. They're PROBABLY safe if they're not moldy or smell weird, but the texture might be unpleasant. For optimal nutrient absorption, I'd recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and maybe contact GOLI's customer service - they might send a replacement. Stay consistent with your routine!

Hi there! As a yoga instructor, I emphasize listening to your body and intuition. If the gummies don't feel right to you, it's okay to let them go. I've had similar issues with other supplements when they got too warm. The sticking together could be from natural sugars melting slightly. Check for any unusual odors or visible mold - if none, they might be fine, but trust your gut. Perhaps consider a glass jar for storage to keep them fresher. Sending calm vibes your way!

Ugh, that sucks! As a student on a budget, I hate wasting stuff. My GOLI gummies did this once when I left them near my heater during finals. They were hard and kinda gross to chew, but I ate them anyway lol. No bad effects, just tasted weird. If you're tight on cash like me, maybe try breaking them up or dissolving in water? But yeah, VibeVitamins is right - store them somewhere cool. Maybe check the expiry date too!

New to meditation and supplements here, so take my advice lightly! But I read that gummies can change if the seal isn't tight or they get old. Mine haven't done this yet, but I keep them in my fridge just in case. If you're worried, maybe skip them for a day and see how you feel? Or meditate on it haha. Hope it works out!
