Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was interesting! # Help your child drift off comfortably with new tummy-soothing sleep gummies The children's supplement aisle is seeing a notable expansion from a familiar name. Mylicon, a brand long associated with gas relief, is now launching sleep gummies that also soothe tummies. They claim it helps kids fall asleep more comfortably if they have minor stomach discomfort. What do you all think? Has anyone tried these or something similar?

Skeptical mom here! I've used Mylicon drops for my toddler's gas, and they worked okay, but sleep gummies? Sounds like marketing hype. Why not just give chamomile tea or adjust bedtime routines? I'm wary of giving kids supplements for sleep unless a doctor recommends it. Plus, 'tummy-soothing' ingredients might just be melatonin or magnesium—both of which can have side effects. Has anyone checked the ingredient list?

As a night shift worker, I'm all for anything that helps kids (and parents!) sleep better lol. My 5-year-old sometimes gets restless from indigestion after dinner, and it ruins our nights. If these gummies are safe and non-habit forming, I'd consider trying them. But yeah, Vince has a point—what's actually in them? I'll look up the article later, but if anyone has firsthand experience, share! Also, are they sugar-free? My kid's dentist would kill me otherwise haha.

Tech gadget lover here, but I geek out on supplement tech too! I skimmed the article—these gummies use a blend of melatonin, L-theanine, and ginger for tummy comfort. Not super innovative, but Mylicon's brand trust might help. I'd want to see third-party testing for purity though. Personally, I use a smart sleep tracker for my kids to monitor patterns before trying supplements. Maybe start with a small dose if you do try? Anyone tracking sleep data alongside gummy use?
