THREAD: Liquid Vitamin Flavors: Love the Berry, Hate the Citrus - What Should I Try Next?Started by BerryBen

Hey everyone, need some advice! I've been taking liquid vitamins for a few months now. Absolutely LOVE the mixed berry flavor from my current brand—it's sweet, tangy, and goes down easy. But I tried their citrus blend last week and... yuck. Tasted like cleaning products mixed with regret. What's the consensus on the 'best' flavor out there? I'm due for a refill soon and don't want to waste money on another dud. Help a taste-focused friend out!

OP, I feel you on the citrus—some brands really mess that up. As a busy pro, I don't have time to hate my vitamins lol. I've settled on tropical punch from VitaGlow. It's mild, not too sweet, and mixes well with my morning smoothie or just water. Consistency matters more to me than bold flavor, and this one never disappoints. Maybe give that a shot? Also, check if samples are available before committing.

Interesting discussion. I've been using liquid vitamins for over a decade and find that sticking to classic, simple flavors is key. Berry flavors are often reliable, as you've noted. I'd recommend avoiding anything too 'trendy' like mango-chili or exotic blends—they tend to be hit or miss. My go-to is a plain raspberry from Nature's Way; it's straightforward and does the job without fuss. Sometimes, tradition knows best.

Thanks, both! ZenZoe, tropical punch sounds promising—I do like fruity mixes. QuartzQuinn, I hear you on sticking to classics, but I'm a bit adventurous with flavors (when they're good, lol). Anyone tried grape or pomegranate? I've seen those around and wonder if they're worth the hype. Also, does anyone know if the berry flavor I love (from BerryBoost) has similar options in other brands? Don't want to switch brands entirely if I can help it.

Quick reply between meetings—I've tried pomegranate from a different brand last year. It was okay, but a bit tart for my taste. Grape can be hit or miss; some taste like candy, others like medicine. If you're sticking with BerryBoost, maybe check their website for flavor reviews? Or see if they have a variety pack so you can test a few without the commitment. Efficiency is everything!
