Hey everyone, I've been taking magnesium gummies for a few months now and I'm totally hooked on the mixed berry flavor - it's like candy but actually good for you! But I made the mistake of trying the citrus burst ones last week and... yuck. Way too tangy and artificial tasting. What's the consensus on the best flavor out there? I need recommendations for my next purchase!

OP, I feel you! The berry ones are indeed divine - they use real fruit extracts and the texture is perfect. Have you tried the tropical punch? It's my #2 after berry. The mango-pineapple combo masks that slight mineral aftertaste some brands have. Avoid the green apple though - tastes like chemicals. Pro tip: take them 30 mins before bed for optimal sleep benefits! 😴

Bro, I crush magnesium gummies post-WOD for recovery. Citrus is actually my go-to - gives me that zing after heavy lifts! But if you hate tangy, go for chocolate. Yeah, chocolate magnesium gummies exist! Tastes like a healthy brownie. My box says 15g sugar per serving tho, so maybe not for everyday if you're cutting. What's your fitness routine like? Might affect flavor choice.

As a mom, I'm skeptical of anything that tastes 'too good' - means extra sugar or artificial junk. My kids would devour these if they tasted like candy! OP, have you checked the ingredients? Some 'natural flavors' are anything but. The berry ones usually have the least additives. I'd stick with what works or try unflavored powder mixed in smoothies. Less tasty but you know what you're getting.

The citrus ones likely use conventional lemon oil sprayed with pesticides, darling. 🌿 Berry flavors tend to be cleaner. But have you considered making your own? I infuse magnesium oil with organic elderberry syrup - zero processing, full vibrational benefits. If you must buy, seek brands with biodynamic ingredients. The peach-ginger ones from 'EarthGum' have lovely energy, though pricy.
