THREAD: Melatonin Gummies: Are We Just Eating Candy?Started by QuartzQuinn258

Ugh, just got some melatonin gummies for my kids to help with sleep, and the sugar content is insane! 12g per serving?? It feels like we're just giving them candy before bed. What happened to pure supplements? This 'candy-fication' of everything is getting out of hand. Anyone else bothered by this?

Totally feel you, Quinn! As a yoga instructor, I'm all about natural approaches. I tried these gummies once and felt the sugar rush contradicted the calming effect. Now I stick to melatonin drops or meditation. The convenience isn't worth the additives—our bodies deserve purity, not processed sweets masquerading as health aids.

Hold up, guys! I get the concern, but as a health nut who's tried it all, gummies are a game-changer. The sugar helps with absorption and taste—my kids would NEVER take a pill. Look for brands with organic sweeteners or stevia. Convenience means actually taking the supplement, right? Otherwise, it just sits in the cabinet. #TeamGummy

Minimalist here. Skip the gummies entirely. They're overpriced, sugary, and unnecessary. If you need melatonin, get a pure powder or capsule. Less packaging, no additives, and cheaper. We're complicating something simple. Keep it basic—sleep hygiene first, supplements only if needed, and in the simplest form possible.
