Granola parent here! We use organic melatonin gummies from a local herbalist for our 8-year-old when she has occasional sleep troubles. They're sweetened with honey and have chamomile extract too. But I agree with PurePete about regulation concerns - we only use them maybe once a week max. Has anyone compared different natural sleep aids like magnesium glycinate versus melatonin gummies? MindfulMila28, could you share your herbalist's brand? I'd prefer honey-sweetened over artificial stuff. Also, has anyone experienced next-day grogginess with gummies versus other forms? Great discussion! I haven't noticed next-day grogginess, but I only use them occasionally when my sleep schedule gets disrupted from late foodie events. For those concerned about sugar, I found a brand called 'DreamBites' that uses stevia and has 1mg melatonin per gummy. They're not as tasty as the cherry ones though!
