Hey everyone, need some advice on gummy vitamin powders. I'm obsessed with the mixed berry flavor - it's sweet but not too fake tasting, mixes great in my morning smoothie. But I tried the citrus blast one last week and... wow, it was like drinking floor cleaner. Super bitter and artificial. What's the consensus on the best flavor to buy next? I'm thinking maybe tropical or chocolate? Help me avoid another nasty surprise!

OP, I feel you! As a fitness pro, I've tried them all. Skip chocolate - it's weirdly chalky. Go for tropical paradise! It's got mango/pineapple notes, mixes well with post-workout protein shakes. Pro tip: blend it with frozen banana and almond milk for optimal recovery. Citrus is definitely the worst - tastes like someone dissolved vitamins in lemon pledge lol.

Mom of three here - my kids won't touch the citrus either! We're all about the vanilla bean flavor. It's subtle, not too sweet, and I can sneak it into their oatmeal or yogurt without complaints. Tropical is good too, but sometimes has that artificial aftertaste? Vanilla is clean and versatile. Plus, no food dyes which matters in our granola household :)

Amateur chef perspective: flavors depend on what you're mixing with! Berry is versatile, citrus is terrible (agreed). But have you tried unflavored? I know it sounds boring, but you can add your own extracts or blend with real fruit. I make a killer 'mocktail' with unflavored powder, lime juice, and mint. Total game-changer for getting those micronutrients without flavor fatigue.

Crossfit junkie checking in - BRO, tropical all the way. I chug it with BCAA's after WODs. Citrus is garbage, tastes like regret. Chocolate is okay if you're doing peanut butter shakes but tropical has the best mixability. Sometimes I even just shake it with water when I'm rushing to the box. No clumps, decent taste. #gainz
