THREAD: Weird but harmless prenatal gummy side effect? Anyone else?Started by EarthElias370

Hey all, been taking prenatal gummies for about 2 weeks now (just the basic ones, no extra frills). Noticed something odd - my dreams have gotten super vivid, like movie-level detail. Not scary or anything, just intense. Anyone else experience this? Is it the vitamins or just pregnancy brain? Trying to keep things simple here, not looking for medical advice, just curious if it's common.

OMG yes! I had the same thing when I started my gummies last month. Mine were these wild cooking dreams - I'd be baking elaborate cakes in my sleep. I actually woke up craving lemon zest once lol. My midwife said it's probably the B vitamins, especially B6? They can affect sleep patterns. I've been adding more magnesium-rich foods to my dinners (spinach, almonds) and it's mellowed out a bit. Still get the occasional food dream though!

Thanks! Good to know it's not just me. B vitamins make sense - I checked my label and they're definitely in there. Might try the magnesium tip, but keeping it simple with just the gummies for now. Appreciate you sharing.
