Hey everyone, I started taking probiotic gummies about a month ago hoping they'd help with my sleep issues (I toss and turn a lot). I haven't really noticed much difference in sleep yet, but weirdly, my skin has cleared up SO much! I used to get random breakouts and now it's just... smooth. Has anyone else experienced unexpected benefits like this? Not complaining, just curious!

Totally makes sense! Gut health is linked to everything - I tell my clients this all the time. Probiotics can reduce inflammation, which might explain your skin improvement. What brand are you using? Some have specific strains that target skin health. Might be worth tracking your sleep patterns too - sometimes benefits are subtle at first. Keep at it!

Interesting. I'm skeptical of supplements generally - prefer getting nutrients from whole foods. But if it's working for you, that's cool. I'd just watch for added sugars in those gummies, they can be sneaky. Simple is usually better.

lol I use a sleep tracker app that syncs with my smartwatch - you should try it! The data might show small improvements you're not noticing. But yeah, the skin thing is wild. I take a different brand for digestion and noticed my stress levels dropped. Maybe our guts are just tiny computers that need the right code (probiotics) to optimize everything 😂
