THREAD: Can I take Sea Moss Gummies with my morning coffee?Started by OP

Hey everyone! I've been taking sea moss gummies for about a month now for immune support and skin health. I usually take them first thing in the morning with my coffee. Is that okay? Or should I space them out? I've heard some supplements don't mix well with caffeine. Thanks!

Great question! From a holistic perspective, I'd recommend taking your sea moss gummies on an empty stomach with warm water, about 30 mins before coffee. Coffee can interfere with mineral absorption (sea moss is rich in iodine, iron, etc.). Also, the acidity might disrupt the gummy's benefits. Try it separate and see if you notice a difference in energy levels!

I'm a night shift worker so my schedule's messed up lol. I take sea moss gummies with my 'morning' coffee at 8 PM before work. Haven't had any issues, but I'm not super strict about it. Maybe Ellen's right though - I do feel a bit jittery sometimes. Might try spacing them out.

As a yoga instructor, I focus on mindful consumption. I take my sea moss gummies after my morning meditation and lemon water, then wait at least an hour before coffee. It helps me tune into how my body responds. Coffee can be dehydrating too, and sea moss is hydrating, so separating them might balance better. Just my experience!

Digital nomad here - I'm always on the go! I used to take them together for convenience, but switched to gummies with breakfast (after coffee) based on similar advice. No side effects either way, but I feel more consistent energy now. Maybe try a week apart and a week together to compare?
