THREAD: Shilajit Gummies - Love the Berry Blast, HATE the Citrus Zing! What flavor should I try next?Started by FloraFinn925

Hey everyone! So I've been taking Shilajit gummies for my morning routine (great for energy before yoga sessions!), and I'm obsessed with the Berry Blast flavor - it's sweet but not overpowering. But I tried the Citrus Zing sample pack last week and... yikes. Way too tart, almost medicinal? Anyway, I'm about to reorder and want to branch out. What's the consensus on the best flavor? Should I stick with Berry or try something new? Help a yogi out!

FloraFinn925 - I feel you on the Citrus Zing, it's definitely an acquired taste. I've tried ALL the flavors since they launched (got in early with the beta testing). Berry Blast is solid, but if you want something different, go for Tropical Twist. It's got mango/pineapple vibes, smoother than Citrus but still has a kick. The new Vanilla Bean one is meh - too bland. Tropical is where it's at for flavor variety without the pucker-face effect.

As someone who cooks a lot, I judge gummies by how they pair with other stuff! Berry Blast is good solo, but Tropical Twist (like RhinoRich said) is versatile - I'll sometimes have one with my post-workout smoothie. Haven't tried Citrus Zing, but based on your reaction, maybe avoid the Tart Cherry too? It's also on the sharper side. If you're feeling adventurous, maybe mix Berry and Tropical in your order? That's what I do - keeps things interesting in the kitchen!

Keto believer here - first, make sure whichever you pick fits your macros! Berry Blast has 2g net carbs per serving, Tropical Twist has 3g (the coconut oil base adds a bit). Flavor-wise, I'm with you on avoiding Citrus Zing - too acidic for my stomach on keto. Tropical Twist is my go-to because it satisfies sweet cravings without spiking anything. If you're sticking with low-carb, Berry's safer, but Tropical's worth the extra gram if you want flavor change. Either way, ditch the Citrus!
