THREAD: Sleep gummies giving me unexpected benefits - anyone else?Started by PurePete

Hey all, night shift worker here. Started taking melatonin sleep gummies a month ago to help me crash after my 12-hour shifts. The sleep part works decently (still adjusting to days off), but the weird thing? My skin has cleared up like crazy. I used to get stress breakouts all the time, but now it's way smoother. Didn't expect that from a sleep aid. Anyone else notice side benefits?

Yo Pete! Gym rat checking in. I take zinc/magnesium gummies for recovery sleep. Noticed my DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is way less intense since I started. Thought it was just better programming, but even on heavy leg days I'm not as wrecked. Maybe the improved sleep quality helps inflammation? What brand you using?

OMG yes! I'm a caffeine addict (3 espresso shots daily, no shame) and started sleep gummies to offset the jitters at night. The surprise? My anxiety during the day has dropped. I still need my coffee, but I'm not as on-edge in meetings. Could be the L-theanine in mine? Pete, does yours have adaptogens?

Granola parent here - we use a chamomile-based kids' sleep gummy (organic, no artificial colors). My 8-year-old was taking them for bedtime resistance, but her teacher says she's more focused in school now! Better sleep = better cognition, I suppose. Pete, check if your gummies have vitamin B6 or ashwagandha - both can help skin and stress.
