THREAD: My toddler thinks Super Green Gummies are candy - help!Started by OP

Okay, so I bought these Super Green Gummies for my 4-year-old because he refuses to eat veggies. Big mistake! He found the bottle in my purse yesterday and ate like 5 of them before I caught him. He kept saying 'more candy mommy!' and now he's asking for them every hour. Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm worried he'll get into them again when I'm not looking!

Oh dear! This is why I always recommend storing supplements in child-proof containers AND explaining to little ones that these are 'special grown-up vitamins.' The body's energy needs to align with intention. Maybe try mixing them with his regular routine - like one gummy after brushing teeth? The chlorophyll in those greens is wonderful for cellular vibration, but yes, they do taste suspiciously like candy!

LOL been there! I was an early adopter of these back in 2022 when they first launched. My wife thought they were gummy bears I'd bought for movie night and ate half the bottle. Let's just say... she had a VERY 'regular' next day ๐Ÿ˜‚. Pro tip: keep them on the highest shelf you have. Maybe even get one of those lock boxes if your kid's a climber. They're potent stuff!

omg this is kinda happening with me too?? but opposite problem? I started taking them for my meditation practice (trying to be more mindful about nutrition) but I HATE the texture?? they're like... weirdly chewy but also gritty?? My partner says I'm being dramatic but it totally throws off my zen when I'm trying to focus on breathing. Anyone else find them hard to get down?

LunarLily, the texture is actually part of the earth-element alignment! That slight grittiness comes from the spirulina and chlorella - it's the plant fibers connecting you to the soil's energy. Try holding one in your mouth during meditation and focusing on the earthy sensations. As for the OP's situation, perhaps involve your child in the 'ritual' - make it a special moment rather than hidden treasure?
