THREAD: Super Green Gummies - Are they legit or just overpriced candy?Started by HubermanHopeful35

Hey everyone, I've been tracking my sleep and recovery metrics with my Oura ring and Whoop strap, and I'm curious about these Super Green Gummies. The marketing claims they boost NAD+ levels and improve mitochondrial function, but I'm skeptical about bioavailability in gummy form. Has anyone done blood tests before/after using these? I'm particularly interested in glutathione or oxidative stress markers. The price point seems high for what's essentially a supplement in candy form.

LOL, I don't know about all that science stuff, but I tried the mango-flavored ones! Honestly, they taste amazing - way better than choking down powdered greens. Texture is perfect, not too chewy. I've been having one with my morning coffee instead of a vitamin. Can't say I feel any different energy-wise, but they're a tasty treat. My kids keep trying to steal them though!

HubermanHopeful35 - I appreciate your data-driven approach. I've been taking them for 45 days alongside my NMN and resveratrol stack. No blood work yet (planning to next month), but subjectively I've noticed improved mental clarity during my fasting window. The key is they use liposomal delivery for the spirulina and chlorella, which should enhance absorption. BioBob - taste matters for compliance! What dosage are you taking? The recommended 2 gummies seems low for therapeutic effects.

SupplementSteve - Interesting point about liposomal delivery. Do you have the COA (Certificate of Analysis) for the batch you're using? I'm concerned about heavy metal contamination in algae-based products. Also, has anyone compared these to traditional green powders cost-per-serving? At $40 for 60 gummies, that's $1.33 per serving versus my current greens powder at $0.75. Is the convenience and taste worth nearly double the price?

Whoa, you guys are intense! I just buy them at Whole Foods when they're on sale. Steve - I take 1 gummy because 2 seems like too much sugar (they have 3g each!). My nutritionist said to watch added sugars even in 'healthy' supplements. Has anyone tried mixing them into yogurt? Might mask any weird aftertaste if you don't like the flavor.

Huberman - Good call on COA. I emailed the company and they sent third-party testing showing heavy metals below Prop 65 limits. Still higher than I'd like though. Regarding cost: factor in that you're actually consuming them versus powder sitting in your cabinet. Compliance is everything! BioBob - valid sugar concern. They use organic tapioca syrup, but still sugars. Maybe alternate days with powder? Anyone combining these with fasting protocols?
