THREAD: Found Vitamin D Gummies on Sale - Too Good to Be True?Started by FitnessFanatic

Hey everyone, just spotted some Vitamin D gummies at Costco for way cheaper than my usual brand. Like, half the price. I'm tempted to stock up but worried - does the lower price mean they're cutting corners on quality? Or is this just a legit steal? As a busy pro, I don't have time to research every ingredient, but I also don't want to waste money on junk. Anyone tried the Costco ones?

Great question! In my experience as a fitness pro, price doesn't always equal quality with supplements. Check the label - look for third-party testing seals (like USP or NSF) and compare the Vitamin D dosage per serving. Sometimes store brands use the same manufacturers as pricier ones. Costco's Kirkland brand is usually solid, but I'd avoid super cheap ones at random pharmacies without those verifications. Might be worth trying a small pack first?

omg i feel this! as a student on a budget, i always grab the target or cvs brand gummies when they're on sale. they work fine for me - no diff from the expensive ones i used to buy. just make sure it has enough IU (i aim for 1000-2000 per gummy). if costco's deal is good, go for it! i'd kill for a bulk discount rn lol.

Thanks both! Wendy, good point on the testing seals - I'll check the bottle tomorrow. Finn, glad to hear budget options work for you too. Think I'll grab a bottle and see how it goes. If it's trash, at least Costco has a good return policy haha.
