THREAD: Weird side effect from Goli ACV gummies? Anyone else?Started by OP

Hey everyone, been taking the Goli ACV gummies for about 2 weeks now (the 300ct bottle). I’m loving the energy boost from the B12, but I’ve noticed something kinda odd—my dreams have been SUPER vivid, almost like watching a movie. Not scary or anything, just really intense and detailed. It’s harmless, but I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this? Maybe it’s the B12? Let me know!

OP, interesting observation. Vivid dreams can be linked to B12 supplementation, as it plays a role in neurotransmitter synthesis (dopamine, serotonin). I’ve tracked my own biofeedback while on these gummies—noticed a slight increase in REM sleep duration. Could be the methylcobalamin form they use. Have you checked your sleep cycle data? Might correlate. Also, any changes in urine color? B12 can sometimes cause bright yellow urine due to riboflavin excretion—harmless but worth noting for full biohacking context.

lol yep, had the same thing! I was an early tester for these back when they first dropped. The vivid dreams lasted a few weeks then kinda faded. I actually kinda miss them—had some wild adventures in dreamland 😂. No other issues though, and the energy boost is legit. If it bothers you, maybe try taking them in the morning instead of before bed? But honestly, I wouldn’t sweat it—just enjoy the free entertainment!

OMG, yes! I’ve heard this from so many in my wellness circle. The Goli gummies are amazing for gut health and that vegan, non-GMO formula, but B12 can definitely affect sleep patterns. I recommend pairing them with a calming evening routine—maybe some chamomile tea or meditation to balance it out. It’s totally normal and a sign your body’s absorbing the nutrients! Keep going, and maybe share your dream stories—could be fun for the community 💚✨ #GummyGoals
