THREAD: Goli Ashwagandha Gummies - Unexpected Benefits Thread!Started by OP

Hey everyone! So I started taking the Goli Ashwagandha gummies about 3 weeks ago to help with my sleep issues (I'm a light sleeper and wake up constantly). The weird thing is - my sleep hasn't improved much yet, BUT my skin is looking amazing! I usually have some redness and occasional breakouts, but my complexion has been so clear and even lately. Has anyone else experienced unexpected benefits from these?

Hmm, interesting. I'm skeptical about supplements fixing skin issues - are you sure it's not just a coincidence? Maybe you changed your diet or skincare routine? My daughter had a reaction to some gummy vitamins last year (turned out to be the coloring agents). These are vegan and non-GMO though, which is good. Are you taking the full dose? I'd still recommend talking to a dermatologist before attributing it to the gummies.

Bro! YES! I take these for post-workout recovery and stress management (CrossFit 5x/week). But I've noticed my focus during WODs has been way better. The KSM-66 is legit - it's clinically studied adaptogen. Skin benefits make sense though - ashwagandha reduces cortisol, and high cortisol = inflammation = skin issues. The vitamin D probably helps too. Try taking them consistently for 6-8 weeks for full effects!

lol I bought these thinking they'd help with my kitchen stress during dinner rushes (amateur chef here). Sleep did improve for me after about a month, but the real surprise? My joints feel better! All that standing over hot stoves used to kill my knees. Now I'm wondering if it's the anti-inflammatory properties. Also the mixed berry flavor is actually decent - not too sweet like some gummies. Anyone try adding these to smoothies? (kidding... mostly)

Thanks for the replies! @VitalVince - I haven't changed anything else, but you're right about checking with a doctor. @NootropicNoah - That cortisol explanation makes sense! @RhinoRich31 - Joint improvement is another cool unexpected benefit. I'm going to keep taking them and see if my sleep catches up to my skin gains. The mixed berry flavor is surprisingly good - doesn't taste like medicine at all!
